Custom games: Cross mode and Red Moon picks
- New pick mode in custom games: Cross (Lock-out Pick) on Agnis of Light and Red Moon. Everyone picks at the same time and can look at any hero - but a hero the other team has locked in is taken. Try to lock it too and it's greyed out, you see who has it, and both teams get a chat message.
- If the pick timer runs out, the random hero you get is never one the other team already has.
- Red Moon now follows the room's pick mode: Random Heroes is still ARAM, but you can also pick Free Hero Selection or Cross there.
- Cross rooms start with bots - they no longer wait for 10 real players.

Friends, parties and chat in the game
- Your friends list in the game is your website friends list - add, accept and remove from either.
- Party chat and whispers work. The game's "All" chat (everyone online) is switched off.
- Queue together as a party. If your party is bigger than the queue's teams, you get a clear message.
- No more "Connecting Standby" pop-ups during matches.

Smoother quick matches
- Joining a quick match takes you straight into the match - no more custom-game lobby on the way.
- Parties in the queue are matched a little stronger than their average rating, for fairer games.

- Friends page: see who's online on the website, who's in a match (with hero and time), and get a pop-up for new friend requests.
- A Download tab with the full game for new players, and a green dot with how many people are in the game.
- Bigger item icons in Builds, tidier match pages.
